In essence as an awakened being what we call Lightbody our bodies simply have to upgrade to carry and hold more light.
Lightbody as a process means that the energy from our source both ascends and descends, it's rises and it falls, as we learn to raise our vibration, we also need to integrate each step of the process, step by step to meet and align with our lightbody.
The changes may involve, heightened sensitivity, what seems like psychic abilities may open, you may have knowing's and feelings not experienced before, like a overly active third eye or a expansion in the heart and all encompassing compassion and love.
There are so many changes it can seem overwhelming, it isn't it is your real self coming in to being.
Lightbody also known as higher chakra development is a process, an awakening process a wake up call if you like.

In this process we can observe "How our inner light transforms us," why it works and connects us to our higher self and source, how it transforms inspires us to make changes, with in our daily lives, what changes. in us, in our bodies, our minds, our beings and our whole selves.
