So we are often asked "What is energy ?

Everything, everything is made up of energy at varying levels of frequency, spin and megahertz
Our physical body is made of billions of atoms, molecules of proteins amino acids, water, h2o of varying energies, spin, rotation known as frequencies. Our physical form is based upon a blueprint of our DNA encompassing our genetic hereditary.
That is our physical body, we are also made up of other energetic bodies and chakra points connected to and aligned with our physical body which direct energy on many levels that we do not always see and are not always aware of directing our lifeforce energy throughout our bodies. Affecting us every moment in our daily lives. It is usually when something is not flowing correctly that we notice our energy is imbalanced and often some kind of trauma or sickness occurs as a result of this imbalance.

As one example, we all turn on the lights and pay our hydro bills, but we cannot actually see the electricity, though we know it's there or the lights would not be on lit up with current would they ?

Quantum physics is the science of energy in the universe and it’s interaction with all things.
