Can most neck pain be relieved from a combination of neck exercises and massage?
No numbness and I can lift my hands above my head. I have had this about a week. It may be due to constant stress, a strain etc.
The process of neck pain can start long before you start having the actual pain.Yes, neck stretching exercises and massage will help but the problem is that nobody sticks with the program. You can search for some exercises on the Internet. Make sure that your understand the instructions and that you have a picture of all the exercises so that you can do them properly. These should be simple,quick and done routinely.Never do any exercises suggested on this site as they,too do not have pictures.
